All appointments must be booked online through our official booking system. This allows us to ensure accurate scheduling, real-time availability, and proper service timing.
At this time, we do not accept walk-ins. Our services are highly detailed and require preparation and, in many cases, prior consultation.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total service balance.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 95% of the service total.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment will result in 50% deposit forfeiture, or a $195 flat cancellation fee if no deposit was paid.
• Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a complimentary redo within 72 hours of your original service (per website policy).
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
We allow a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this time may be subject to a late fee or same-day cancellation fee, as delays impact the remainder of our service schedule.
Yes. Consultations are required for microlocs, starter locs, color services, loc repairs, and extensions. This allows us to properly assess your hair and recommend the most effective service plan
No. Consultations are paid services. Your consultation deposit will be applied toward your first service with the salon.
Yes. Virtual consultations are available for select services. Photos and/or video may be required.
We specialize in all forms of natural hair. Our loc services include:
• All interlocking methods
• Microlocs and Sisterlocs
• Loc repairs (crochet method)
• Loc extensions and restoration
• Natural hair growth and texture restoration
Yes. All outside work must be assessed during a consultation prior to booking maintenance or repair services.
Microloc installations vary based on hair density, size, and length. Installations typically take 8–14+ hours and are completed over a two-day session.
Maintenance is generally recommended every 4–6 weeks, depending on hair growth and loc size.
Yes. We provide professional color services for both loc’d and loose natural hair.
When performed professionally and paired with proper aftercare, yes. We prioritize hair integrity and will never compromise the health of your locs for color results.
No. All color services require a consultation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, in accordance with Connecticut state regulations. Allergy and patch testing are mandatory.
Please follow the preparation instructions listed with your selected service. Some services include shampoo; others require clean, product-free hair. In general, we recommend washing your hair within seven days of your appointment.
To maintain a calm, luxury environment, we ask that clients attend appointments alone unless prior approval has been given. We do not have additional seating for non-service guests.
Yes, select services are available for children. Children must be salon-trained and able to remain engaged for the duration of the service. Please refrain from bringing tablets or devices, as this may disrupt the service experience. Refer to our booking page for age-appropriate options.
We accept all major cards and approved digital payments. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions. Cash is preferred, but not required.
